Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- Rice Krispies - 2 c
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 8 oz
- red pepper - 1/2 tsp
- sticks butter, softened - 2 item
How to make cheese balls:
Stir together in bowl flour, red pepper and salt. Cream in butter. Add cheese and Rice Krispies and blend well. Roll into small balls (about 1/2-inch diameter). Place on baking sheet and bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool and store in airtight container. Yield: about 100.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
