Ingredients/Components
- grated cheese Swiss or Cheddar
- flour - 1/2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 2 Tbsp
How to make cheese balls:
With your fingers, mix cheese, flour, butter and just enough water to make a stiff dough. Roll dough into small (3/4 inch) balls. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 400° until lightly brown (about 15 minutes).Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
