Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 4 oz
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- grated onion - 2 Tbsp
- chopped parsley - 1 c
- Accent - 1/2 tsp
- Blue cheese - 6 oz
- jars process cheese spread - 3 item
How to make cheese ball:
Mix cheeses, onion, Worcestershire sauce and Accent until thoroughly blended. Add 1/2 cup pecans and 1/2 cup parsley. Shape into a ball and chill overnight.About 1 hour before serving, roll ball in remaining mixture of parsley and pecans.
