  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • paprika to taste - 1 item
  • garlic powder to taste - 1 item
  • spreadable Cheddar cheese - 1/4 lb
  • parsley flakes to taste - 1 item
  • dry mustard to taste - 1 item
  • dry Sauterne or Chianti - 1/4 c

How to make cheese ball:

Bring cheese to room temperature. Add remaining ingredients, except paprika, and mix thoroughly. Spread wax paper heavily with paprika. Roll cheese into a ball. It will be soft. Cover with paprika. Wrap in waxed paper. Place ball in refrigerator until firm. Serve with crackers.
