Ingredients/Components
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- paprika to taste - 1 item
- garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- spreadable Cheddar cheese - 1/4 lb
- parsley flakes to taste - 1 item
- dry mustard to taste - 1 item
- dry Sauterne or Chianti - 1/4 c
How to make cheese ball:
Bring cheese to room temperature. Add remaining ingredients, except paprika, and mix thoroughly. Spread wax paper heavily with paprika. Roll cheese into a ball. It will be soft. Cover with paprika.
