- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- ground pecans - 1 c
- Wispride cheese - 2 (8
- wedge Blue cheese - 6 oz
How to make cheese ball:
Cream cheeses together. Add onion, Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup nuts. Return to refrigerator until firm enough to handle easily. Shape into balls and roll in nuts and store in refrigerator.My family always expects this at Christmastime.
