Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 2 (8
- diced onion - 1/4 c
- diced bell pepper - 1/4 c
- seasoning salt to taste - 1 item
- small flat can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
How to make cheese ball:
Combine all ingredients. You will probably have to use your hands. Form into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Chill.If you prefer, you can make 2 small cheese balls instead of 1 large.
