How to make cheese ball:
Let cream cheese get room temperature. Grate Cheddar cheese into cream cheese and mash together. Add all other ingredients and work in with hands. Roll in pecans. Put in refrigerator and chill 1 hour. Take out 20 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
