  • pkg - 2 oz
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 1/4
  • finely chopped pecans - 2 c
  • finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
  • finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 c

How to make cheese ball:

Drain pineapple. Mix cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, salt, onion and 1 cup pecans. Form in ball; roll in other cup of pecans. Refrigerate overnight wrapped in wax paper. Serve with crackers.
