Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- can crushed pineapple - 1 1/4
- finely chopped pecans - 2 c
- finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
- finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
How to make cheese ball:
Drain pineapple. Mix cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, salt, onion and 1 cup pecans. Form in ball; roll in other cup of pecans. Refrigerate overnight wrapped in wax paper. Serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
