Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 1/2
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
- pecans, chopped fine - 2 c
How to make cheese ball:
Combine all, reserving 3/4 cup of pecans. Chill. Roll into 1 large or 2 small balls. Garnish by rolling in the remaining pecans, mixed with dried or fresh parsley, if desired. May garnish with pieces of maraschino cherries for color.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
