Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- paprika - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- parsley - 1 c
- Philadelphia cream cheese - 12 oz
- Roquefort cheese - 1/2 lb
- jars Old English cheese - 2 item
- cream half and half - 1/2 c
- grated onion amount optional - 1 item
How to make cheese ball:
Reserve 1/2 cup of parsley and 1/2 cup of pecans in which to roll the cheese ball. Mix all other ingredients well and place in refrigerator to harden. Mold into ball and roll in reserved parsley and nuts. Serve surrounded by crisp crackers. Ideal for large parties.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
