  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • finely chopped onions - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped pimento - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped green peppers - 1 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c

How to make cheese ball:

Mix all ingredients well, except pecans. Shape into ball or log; roll in nuts. Keep in refrigerator.
