Ingredients/Components
- garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- Roquefort cheese - 4 oz
- small cream cheese - 3 pkg
- pecans, finely ground 3 Tbsp - 1 oz
- dried flakes
How to make cheese ball:
Let cheese come to room temperature for easier mixing. Blend well, then add pecans, parsley and garlic. Roll in another ounce or so of ground pecans. Allow to stand at least 24 hours before serving.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
