  • paprika - 1 item
  • parsley flakes - 1/8 c
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • garlic powder to taste - 1 item
  • spreadable Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
  • dry Chianti - 1/4 c
  • dry mustard to taste - 1 item

How to make cheese ball:

Bring cheese to room temperature. Add remaining ingredients, except paprika. Mix thoroughly. Spread wax paper heavily with paprika. Roll cheese in ball. It will be soft. Cover with paprika. Wrap in wax paper. Refrigerate until firm. Serve with crackers or warm slices of French bread.
