Cheese and spinach puffs
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- slightly beaten eggs - 2 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- Blue cheese salad dressing - 1/3 c
How to make cheese and spinach puffs:
Cook spinach and onion according to package directions. Drain well, pressing out excess liquid. In a bowl combine eggs, cheeses, salad dressing, butter and garlic powder. Stir in spinach and muffin mix. Cover; chill 1 hour or until easy to handle. ShRecipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spinach.
