Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Parmesan - 1/2 c
- Blue cheese salad dressing - 1/2 c
- Cheddar, grated - 1/2 c
How to make cheese and spinach puffs:
Cook and drain spinach and onion. Combine, cover and chill. Shape into 1-inch balls and chill until serving or can be frozen at this point. Place chilled or frozen balls on baking sheet. Bake at 350° until light brown (chilled 10 to 12 minutes, frozen 12 to 15 minutes).Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spinach.
