Cheese and corn chowder



  • water
  • nonfat dry milk - 1 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • grated cheese - 2/3 c
  • carrots, diced - 2 item
  • potatoes, diced - 2 item
  • large can creamed corn - 1 item

How to make cheese and corn chowder:

Simmer water, potatoes and carrots 10 minutes in covered pan. Add corn and liquid from can. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add pepper, dry milk and cheese. Stir over low heat until cheese melts.
