- flour - 1/4 c
- butter
- water - 2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- diced celery - 1/2 c
- diced carrots - 1/2 c
- diced potatoes - 2 c
- Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- cubed ham - 1 c
How to make cheddar chowder:
White Sauce:1/4 c. butter1/4 c. flour2 c. milk2 c. Cheddar cheese1 c. cubed ham Boil first seven ingredients 10 to 12 minutes. Make sauce. Add to cooked vegetables. Do not drain.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Chowders, Super bowl.
