Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour, sifted - 1 c
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- small green olives with pimientos - 48 item
How to make cheddar cheese puffs:
Blend cheese with butter. Add flour, salt and paprika; mix well. Mold 1 teaspoon dough around each olive to cover. At this point you can refrigerate or freeze for up to 10 days. Bake puffs at 400° for 15 minutes. Serve hot. Yields 48 appetizers.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
