Ingredients/Components
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- , cut into 1/4-inch slices - 4 medium
How to make cheddar baked potato slices:
In a small bowl, combine soup, paprika and pepper. In a greased 2-quart oblong baking dish, arrange potato slices in overlapping rows. Sprinkle with cheese, then spoon soup mixture over cheese. Cover with foil; bake at 400° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes, or until potatoes are "fork-tender." Makes 6 servings. Delicious!!!Preparation time: 10 minutes. Cooking time: 55 minutes.
