  • vanilla - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • large eggs - 4 item
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
  • large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • stick margarine, melted - 3/4 item
  • box white cake mix - 1 item
  • club soda - 1 c
  • box pistachio instant pudding - 1 item
  • coconut 6 oz - 1 c
  • small jar red cherries, drained - 1 item
  • Beat with mixer

How to make champagne cake:

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, club soda, eggs and oil. Beat with mixer. Then stir cherries, pineapple and nuts in with a spoon. Make three layers. Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes or until done.Frosting:1 c. chopped pecans1 c. coconut (6 oz. frozen)3/4 stick margarine, melted2 Tbsp. vanilla1 box powdered sugar8 oz. cream cheese, softened Mix ingredients and spread on cake.
