  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • salad oil - 1 c
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • grated onion - 1 Tbsp
  • celery seed - 1 tsp

How to make celery seed dressing:

Mix sugar, salt, mustard, onion and the 2 tablespoons vinegar in a blender or food processor. Add oil slowly, beating constantly. Add 3 tablespoons vinegar and celery seed. Continue beating until thick. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
