Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 tsp
- margarine - 2 tsp
- skim milk - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- mushrooms, sliced - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 2 tsp
- scallions, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- cauliflower, cooked - 2 c
How to make cauliflower with mushroom sauce:
Arrange cauliflower in baking dish and set aside. Melt margarine in small pan. Add mushrooms and scallions and saute for 1 minute. Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
