Cauliflower supreme
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- paprika - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- sliced celery - 2/3 c
- medium cauliflower, cut into flowerets - 1 item
- each salt and dried thyme leaves - 1/2 tsp
How to make cauliflower supreme:
Cook cauliflower about 6 minutes in boiling salted water until just tender; drain. Combine with celery. Put into 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole dish. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, salt, thyme, cheese and broth. Stir to blend. Spoon over cauliflower and celery. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for about 25 minutes or until top is golden.May be doubled. Use 2-quart dish and bake for 30 minutes.
