Cauliflower salad
Ingredients/Components
- 2 oz - 1/2 c
- medium head cauliflower - 1 item
- guacamole - 2 c
- radish roses - 1 item
How to make cauliflower salad:
Remove leaves and remove core from cauliflower. In covered saucepan, cook whole cauliflower in a small amount of boiling salted water 20 to 25 minutes until just tender when tested with fork. Drain well and chill. Place chilled cauliflower on platter. Garnish platter with radish roses.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegetables, Cauliflower.
