- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Swiss cheese - 1 item
- cauliflower - 3 c
How to make cauliflower casserole:
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend flour, salt, pepper and milk. Cook quickly, stirring constantly. Cook 3 cups cauliflower with cream sauce. Top with Swiss cheese and bake until brown.Recipe categories: Cheese, Main dish, Casseroles.
