  • water - 2 Tbsp
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • finely chopped onion - 1 tsp
  • mayo - 1/2 c
  • shredded cheese - 1/2 c
  • medium head cauliflower - 1 item

How to make cauliflower au gratin:

Place cauliflower in 1 1/2-quart glass dish. Add water. Cover and microwave on High 8 to 9 minutes. Combine mayo, onion and mustard. Spoon sauce on top of cauliflower and sprinkle with cheese. Put in microwave on Roast setting for 2 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
