Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cup bread crumbs - 1/2 item
- cup grated parmesan - 1/2 item
- 1/2 cups half and half - 1 item
- cup shredded cheddar - 1 item
- large cauliflower, steamed till crisp and tender - 1 item
- cup shredded Swiss - 1 item
How to make cauliflower au gratin:
Lightly butter a 13X9 baking dish and put in cauliflower. Season with seasoning salt and sprinkle with cheeses. Beat eggs in half and half and pour over cauliflower. Top with buttered breadcrumbs. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly golden brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
