Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 oz
• butter or margarine - 1/2 c
• confectioners sugar - 1 item
• eggs, well beaten - 2 item
• ground nuts optional - 1/2 c
• colored miniature marshmallows - 1 (10

How to make cathedral window cookies:

Slowly melt butter and chocolate chips. Remove from heat and add eggs and nuts. Cool. Add marshmallows in 2 to 3 additions. Mix well. Sprinkle confectioners sugar on 3 pieces of waxed paper. Place mixture on the waxed paper and form into 3 rolls using some confectioners sugar on hands and on top. Chill a few hours or overnight. Slice and serve.
