Ingredients/Components
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- sweet milk - 1/2 c
How to make cathead biscuits:
Mix flour, mayonnaise and buttermilk. Beat in sweet milk until biscuits are of dropping consistency, too sticky to roll, but stiff enough to sit up. Drop by big spoonfuls on greased griddle or baking sheets and bake in preheated 350° oven until brown.Recipe categories: Breads, < 30 mins, Rolls/biscuits.
