Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- sliced almonds - 1/2 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- paprika - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2/3 c
How to make catfish parmesan:
Combine first 5 ingredients; stir. Combine egg and milk. Dip fillets in egg mixture, then dredge in flour. Arrange in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Drizzle with butter, sprinkle almonds over the top. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Catfish, Freshwater fish.
