  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • sliced almonds - 1/2 c
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 2/3 c

How to make catfish parmesan:

Combine first 5 ingredients; stir. Combine egg and milk. Dip fillets in egg mixture, then dredge in flour. Arrange in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Drizzle with butter, sprinkle almonds over the top. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
