  • butter, softened - 1/2 c
  • cream cheese - 4 oz
  • milk - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • brown sugar - 3/4 c
  • baking powder - 3/4 tsp
  • baking soda - 3/4 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • chopped cashews

How to make cashew cookies:

In bowl, mix first 9 ingredients. Fold in cashews. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool. Store in container.
