Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 3/4 tsp
- baking soda - 3/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 3/4 c
- nuts, chopped
- butter or oleo - 1/2 c
- half 8 oz - 4 oz
How to make cashew cookies:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter, sugar and cream cheese until fluffy. Add next 3 ingredients. Mix until smooth. In another bowl, sift next 4 ingredients. Add dry ingredients to creamed mix. Stir until a soft dough forms. Fold in nuts. Shape in 1-inch balls. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cool.
