  • flour - 1 item
  • cornstarch - 1 item
  • water - 1 c
  • soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • oyster sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • or 2 eggs - 1 item
  • splash of milk - 1 item
  • chicken or turkey breast for everyone who is eating - 1 lb
  • Beat eggs and milk together with salt and pepper

How to make cashew chicken:

Cut breast meat into bite size. Beat eggs and milk together with salt and pepper. Put meat in egg mixture; let stand at least an hour. Roll in flour and deep fat fry.Cashew Chicken Gravy:1 chicken bouillon cube1 c. water cornstarch1 Tbsp. soy sauce1 Tbsp. oyster sauce Bring water to a boil. Melt bouillon cube. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water. Pour slowly into hot mixture, stirring constantly, until thick. Pour gravy over chicken.

Garnish with cashews and onions. Serve with egg rolls or Oriental vegetables.
