Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- water - 3 c
- cashews - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 5 item
- green onions - 1 item
- oyster sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chicken strips - 1 item
- cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 c - 2 Tbsp
How to make cashew chicken:
Fry strips and cut in 1-inch pieces. In a large saucepan, boil water and bouillon cubes. Stir in sugar and cornstarch mix. Add oyster sauce and cook 1 or 2 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken strips and sprinkle with cashews and green onion slices. Serve over cooked rice.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
