Carrots and grapes



  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • orange juice - 1/2 c
  • olive oil - 1/3 c
  • dash of ginger - 1 item
  • seedless green grapes, cut in half - 1 c
  • bags carrots - 2 (16

How to make carrots and grapes:

Cut carrots into 1-inch thick diagonal slices. In saucepan over medium heat, cook carrots, orange juice, olive oil, salt, sugar and ginger to boiling. Cover and simmer on low for 15 minutes. Add cut grapes to mixture and cook 5 minutes more until carrots are fork tender. Drain and serve.
