Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/2 item
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- baby carrots - 2 lb
- crackers - 2 c
How to make carrots and cheese:
Cook carrots and drain. Melt the butter and cheese together, then mix with the carrots. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Melt butter and mix with the crackers. Sprinkle over the carrots and cheese.
