Carrot souffle
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- powdered sugar - 1 item
- carrots
- sugar about 3 c
How to make carrot souffle:
Peel carrots and boil until extra soft. Drain well. While carrots are warm, add sugar, baking powder and vanilla. Whip with mixer until smooth. Add flour and mix well. Beat eggs and add to carrot mixture. Blend well and add softened butter. Blend well. Pour mixture into a 9 x 13 dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until golden brown.
