Carrot salad



  • raisins - 1 c
  • reserved juice - 1 oz
  • fat free mayonnaise - 1/3 c
  • large carrots, peeled and shredded - 4 item
  • can crushed pineapple no sugar added, drain and reserve juice - 1 1/4
  • Equal or 4 tsp - 2 pkg

How to make carrot salad:

Place raisins in hot water 10 minutes and drain. Place in large bowl the carrots, raisins, pineapple, mayonnaise, Equal and juice. Mix and chill.
