Ingredients/Components
- raisins - 1 c
- reserved juice - 1 oz
- fat free mayonnaise - 1/3 c
- large carrots, peeled and shredded - 4 item
- can crushed pineapple no sugar added, drain and reserve juice - 1 1/4
- Equal or 4 tsp - 2 pkg
How to make carrot salad:
Place raisins in hot water 10 minutes and drain. Place in large bowl the carrots, raisins, pineapple, mayonnaise, Equal and juice. Mix and chill.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Vegetables, Carrots.
