  • sugar - 1 c
  • vinegar - 3/4 c
  • salad oil - 1/2 c
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • celery salt - 1/4 tsp
  • large green pepper, sliced - 1 item
  • large carrots, sliced - 2 item
  • onion, sliced optional - 1 item
  • Dressing:1 can tomato soup

How to make carrot salad:

Dressing:1 can tomato soup1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1/2 c. salad oil1/4 tsp. celery salt3/4 c. vinegar1 c. sugar1 tsp. dry mustard Cook carrots until tender. Bring dressing ingredients to a simmer. Cool and pour over cooked carrots. Add green pepper and onion. Serve at room temperature. This can be kept up to 3 weeks.
