Carrot salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- salad oil - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- white vinegar - 1/2 c
- carrots, sliced fresh or frozen - 2 lb
How to make carrot salad:
Cook carrots until tender; drain. Chop onion and pepper over carrots. Mix all other ingredients. Pour over the carrots. Marinate overnight, covered. Drain and serve. May be served cold or warm.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Vegetables, Carrots.
