Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 2/3 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • cooked carrots, mashed

How to make carrot pie:

Combine sugar, cornstarch, beaten eggs, milk, salt, carrots, vanilla and spices. Mix thoroughly. Pour into 9-inch pie crust. Bake for 45 minutes or until firm in a 375° oven.
