Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- cooked carrots, mashed
How to make carrot pie:
Combine sugar, cornstarch, beaten eggs, milk, salt, carrots, vanilla and spices. Mix thoroughly. Pour into 9-inch pie crust. Bake for 45 minutes or until firm in a 375° oven.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Main dish.
