Carrot muffins



Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- oil - 3/4 c
- grated carrots - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- white sugar - 3/4 c
- walnuts - 1 c
- soda, dissolved in 1 Tbsp - 1 tsp
How to make carrot muffins:
Mix oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, carrots, then rest of dry ingredients and nuts. Bake in muffin pans 15 to 20 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
