Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil
- grated carrots - 4 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
How to make carrot muffins:
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl, then add remaining ingredients. Use paper cupcake holders or just cupcake pans. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Use toothpick for doneness. Makes 30 to 36 per batch.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
