Ingredients/Components
- shredded coconut - 1/2 c
- whipped cream - 1 c
- seedless raisins - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- tiny marshmallows - 1 c
- shredded carrots, coarse
- pineapple, cut into 1/2 inch pieces - 1/4 c
How to make carrot marshmallow salad:
Peel carrots. Shred with coarse shredder into mixing bowl. Add marshmallows, pineapple, raisins and coconut. Toss lightly to mix. Combine the mayonnaise with carrot mixture. Carefully fold in the whipped cream.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
