Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- fine bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- parsley, snipped - 1 Tbsp
- cooked brown rice - 2 c
- cooked, mashed carrots - 1 c
How to make carrot cutlets:
Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs and oil. Roll in crumbs and shape into cakes. Fry in hot oil. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Rice, Brown rice.
