Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- beaten eggs - 3 item
- grated cheese - 2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, grated - 1 item
- mashed cooked carrots - 2 c
How to make carrot casserole:
Add butter, eggs, cheese, onion, salt and pepper to mashed carrots and mix well. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Carrots, Main dish, Casseroles.
