• all-purpose flour - 2 c
• large eggs - 4 item
• packed light brown sugar
• walnuts, chopped - 1 c
• ground cloves - 1/2 tsp
• ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• orange juice - 2 tsp
• unsalted butter, softened - 1/2 c
• grated nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
• grated orange zest - 1 Tbsp
• finely chopped crystallized ginger - 1 Tbsp
• shredded peeled carrots - 3 c
