- nuts - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- carrots - 3 c
How to make carrot cake:
Frosting;1 tsp. vanilla1 stick butter1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1 lb. powdered sugar1/2 c. nuts Mix all cake ingredients and put in cake pan. Bake at 350° until no indentation remains. Cool.Mix frosting and ice cake.
