• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• cream cheese - 1 (8
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• oil - 3/4 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• nuts - 1/2 c
• stick butter - 1 item
• powdered sugar - 1 lb
• carrots - 3 c

How to make carrot cake:

Frosting;1 tsp. vanilla1 stick butter1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1 lb. powdered sugar1/2 c. nuts Mix all cake ingredients and put in cake pan. Bake at 350° until no indentation remains. Cool.

Mix frosting and ice cake.
