Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- coconut - 1/2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- grated carrots - 3 c
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- pecans - 1/2 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- whole eggs - 4 item
- Wesson oil
- Cream sugar and Wesson oil in separate bowls, then add eggs
How to make carrot cake:
Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon together. Cream sugar and Wesson oil in separate bowls, then add eggs. Add flour and pecans. Add the grated carrots last. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes in 350° oven.Carrot Cake Frosting:2 tsp. vanilla1 box powdered sugar3 oz. cream cheese1 stick butter1/2 c. coconut Cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and vanilla.
