Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • cream cheese
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • soda
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • vegetable oil
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 1/4
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item

How to make carrot cake:

Filling:8 oz. cream cheese1 stick butter1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Cake: Mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar. Add eggs and oil. Mix in carrots, pineapple and pecans. Pour into 2 greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

Filling: Mix ingredients together. Ice layers.
