Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cream cheese
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- soda
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil
- can crushed pineapple - 1 1/4
- stick butter - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
How to make carrot cake:
Filling:8 oz. cream cheese1 stick butter1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Cake: Mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar. Add eggs and oil. Mix in carrots, pineapple and pecans. Pour into 2 greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Filling: Mix ingredients together. Ice layers.
